eat with patrols.

about the caution that has been, and will be, used around shooting and
weapons. Dads must contact him before
bringing a weapon with them.
Steve Dunning: $7,500
was greenery goal last year. 116 scouts
participated. There was a discussion of
how the minimum payout would change and the split between the troop and scout
would change for this year to $75.00 minimum and 50 - 50 split.
Herb Strain: Discussed
Friends of Scouting. It will be
discussed with the troop and parents at the Court of Honor on 9/17/01.

letters to parents about meeting on 9/23 about Eagle Court of Honor to begin
planning.

vote or be elected.

asking for adult leadership to help with being present with scouts at OA
events.
Greg Spies: Bartle next year. Draw for sessions will be on 10/17.
Mike Coffey: Asked
for a person to take charge of Philmont 2003.
The draw will be next month.
Steve Ornduff will head it up.
Stu Sharp: Venture
Scout update. They are having regular
meetings. Age requirements are high
school sophomore to age twenty-one and must be Eagle scouts or not involved in
scouts at all. Four activities have
been approved. Five have signed up and
have been approved. Four more have
applications in. Meetings are two times
a month on Tuesday nights. Adult
registration is separate than that for the troop. Two summer activities are being planned in coordination with
troop High Adventure to Packard and Boundary Waters. Dates are yet to be determined.
There may be another medical mission in March 2002, to Honduras that
Gary Bernhardt is working on.

twenty-two scouts that was due. More
letters will be sent to others who still owe over $50.00.
Marc Elkins: Discussed
that Optimist Club voted to disband. We
have not yet been officially notified.
We are going to look at options for Sponsorship.
