- OA ELIGIBILITY:
- Elections take place: March 5th, 2012
- First Class Scout Rank
- 15 nights of outdoor camping in past 2 years (3/5/10 - 3/5/12)
- Must include 6 consecutive nights long-term resident camping (ie. Bartle)
- Must include 9 nights of overnight, short-term BSA camping
- Must have approval of the Scoutmaster
- Must be elected by 50% of Troop 10 Scouts casting a Ballot
